Forecast Calls for Snow on Princess' Holiday Cruises

Holiday cruisers who sail to warmer climes with Princess Cruises this year won't miss the pleasure of a white Christmas. Princess Cruises is augmenting its holiday festivities by adding a daily onboard snowfall to its December sailings for the first time this year.
In
addition to the multitude of holiday decorations and onboard activities,
faux snow will fall from snow-making machines in the ships' multi-story
atriums. Snowflakes will vanish on contact -- and families and couples
can feel the gentle flurries without worrying about treacherous driving
conditions or frozen fingers.
The onboard snow alleviates cruisers' concerns that children
(or those who are children at heart) will miss the timeless tradition of watching
the first flurry of winter. Cruisers who treasure a side of snow with their
holidays will be able to enjoy their favorite frosty weather in Hawaii, the
Mexican Riviera and the Caribbean, among other tropical destinations.
The innovative onboard snow will fall on all Princess ships this December, with the exception of its smaller ships -- Pacific Princess, Tahitian Princess and Royal Princess -- which do not have atriums.
