All personal information you provide to MagicSnow is kept in an employee personnel file, which is stored on a company-controlled server.

 

How is your personal information kept secure and who will have access to it?

All data files are encrypted and password protected.  Access is restricted to approved MagicSnow administrators who have need to access your personal information in the course of doing MagicSnow business.

When necessary or required by law, the Company will share personal information with outside customers, vendors, payroll providers, insurance providers or government agencies for the purposes of carrying out regular business functions.
