This Employee Privacy Policy explains what information MagicSnow collects about you, why we collect it, and how we use it. It applies to all current and former MagicSnow Employees, and also tells you about your privacy rights under GDPR and California law.

What personal information do we collect?

Information such as name, email address, phone number, physical address, date of birth, emergency contact, gender identity, government identification numbers, employment eligibility, rate of pay, banking information, and more.

Why do we collect this information?

We use your personal information to manage our employment relationship with you and to comply with government and legal obligations.

How do we use your personal information and keep it secure?

We keep your personal information secure by storing it in a company-controlled server, using encryption and password protection, and limiting access to authorized MS administrators. We retain this information while you are employed with MagicSnow and after employment, or as legally required for business recordkeeping.

Will we sell or share your personal information?

We do not sell your personal information to any third parties. However, in certain cases where there is a legitimate business need, we may share certain aspects of your personal information with outside parties such as customers, vendors, payroll providers, insurance providers, or government agencies for the purpose of conducting regular business operations.
