Returns and Refunds Policy
For MagicSnow Rentals and Sales:
Equipment rentals and sales of products are final sale.
Formulas are returnable for a web store credit only. Items must be unopened and returned by the product “Best By” date. Credit will be valid for 365 days at our web store.
If the Customer experiences issues with the rental equipment or MagicSnow Formula, they must contact MagicSnow immediately to report it. We are available by email and phone every day. You may e-mail email@example.com or call 310-289-9852.
If items are found to be defective, MagicSnow will offer to replace the item at no charge to the Customer. If that is not possible, a refund will be issued to the Customer’s original form of payment within 30 days.
Refunds will not be given for issues that are not immediately reported or due to user error.
‘Snowmen-To-Go!’ bookings are rain or shine. Sales are final, but re-bookings are flexible.
If you need to cancel or change your ‘Snowmen-To-Go!’ date, you’ll be provided store credit that can be applied toward the cost of an alternate delivery window. Store credit is valid for 365 days.
‘Snowmen-To-Go!’ pricing varies by delivery date and time. During busier times, the new delivery time may be a higher price, or unavailable.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date will not be eligible for credit or refund.
